You need to run the "Doh-TD.exe" file twice to create a server and a client.
If the game starts in full screen, you can switch to windowed mode with the "Alt+Enter" combination.

You can open and edit the Config.csv (Excel) file here:
Doh-TD_Data/StreamingAssets/Config.csv

Instructions:
You can modify the values in the "VALUE" column.
Do not modify the "ID" and "DESCRIPTION" columns.
(Whole number = integers 1 2 3 4)
(Decimal number = floating point numbers 0.1 0.5 1.6 100.8)
Decimal numbers can use either a point (0.1) or a comma (0,1). 
You need to verify the format in your Excel settings.
